Product introduction	This product is suitable for any fiber zwitterion high-efficiency fluffy hydrophilic softener,feel stiffand smooth clean, have a sense of boney, will not cause any color change and yellow, can be dyed in the same bath, size stability, suitable for home textiles, underwear a variety of knitted and woven fabrics
Scope of application	Knitted fabrics: sports T-shirts, underwear, casual wear. Woven fabrics: various home textiles, school uniforms and workwear.
Application characteristics	Fastness performance: Does not affect and reduce color and sun fastness; Hydrophilic properties: Hydrophilic, antistatic; Maintain normal skin respiratory function; Stability: Salt resistance, alkali resistance, anion resistance; Soda ash 10-15g/L80℃x30 minutes stable; Compatibility: can be dyed in the same bath, no condensation, no oil spots; High temperature resistant setting: Can withstand high temperature setting within 200℃, and does not break; Rubbing resistance: Improve sewing performance and prevent needle holes.
Application technology	1∶3 dilution is recommended Pad dyeing process Dosage: BC PLUS 20-40g/l Working liquid → drying (100-120℃, 1-2 minutes) → baking (160-190℃, 30 seconds) Immersion process Dosage: BC PLUS 1-3%, pH=4.0-4.5, run at 40-45℃ for 20 minutes.
