Product introduction	This product is an environmentally friendly chlorine fastness improver for improve the chlorine fastness of cellulose fiber fabrics, suitable for dyeing and printing fabrics with active, direct and sulfide dyes, improve the chlorine fastness, water fastness and perspiration fastness of fabrics. Especially for the brilliant color series, does not affect shade, good hydrophilicity.
Scope of application	Multi-component dyed fabrics: viscose/cotton, polyester/cotton, cotton/Lyocell, to achieve chlorine and color fixation； Sensitive dyed fabrics: Excellent water fastness and wash fastness to T-Q blue and bright red； Batik printing fabrics: Good achieve chlorine and color fixation effect to indigo, activity； Digital printed fabrics: Good achieve chlorine and color fixation effect to multi-component inks.
Application characteristics	Fastness performance: Improve Chlorine fastness, high temperature water fastness; Color change performance: Little color change, suitable for brilliant color system； Fading performance: Working liquid has very little fading, reducing the possibility of stripping. Hydrophilicity: Improve the hydrophilicity of dyed and printed fabrics.
Application Process	Padding Process RS-CL 20-30g/l Color cloth, printed cloth →One-dip，one-rolling (pading rate 70~ 80%) → drying (100-120℃) → setting Impregnation process RS-CL 2~ 5% (o.w.f); Bath ratio: 1:8-10 Color cloth, printed cloth → impregnation (temperature: 50℃, time: 15~20min) → drying → setting
