Product introduction	This product is an innovative ultra-high concentration fixing agent, suitable for active, direct, vulcanized, indigo dye dyeing and printing color fixing process, especially for multi-component fabrics, batik printing fabrics, digital printing fabrics, can significantly improve the fastness of fabrics, in the bright red, T-Q blue and other dark fabrics more obvious effect, is an all-round color fixing agent.
Scope of application	Multi-component printed fabric, viscose/cotton, polyester/cotton, cotton/Lyocell, to achieve color consistency; Batik printing fabric, for indigo, activity has a good color fixing effect; Digital printed fabric with excellent color fixing for multi-component inks; Dark shade with excellent water fastness and soaping fastness to bright red and T-Q blue.
Application	Fastness performance: water fastness, rubbing fastness, soaping fastness, perspiration fastness and so on are significantly improved Alkali resistance: Excellent alkali resistance, can be used for cotton fabrics after mercerizing process. Color change performance: the color change is minimal, does not affect the original style of the fabric. Fading performance: The working liquid has very little fading, reducing the possibility of peeling and color change
Application Process	Padding process DH Extra Conc 1-3g/l Printing cloth → one dip and one rolling (residual rate: 70~ 80%) → drying (100-120℃) → shaping Impregnation process DH Extra Conc 0.2~ 0.5% (o.w.f); Bath ratio: 1:10 ~20 Printed cloth → impregnation (temperature: 45-50℃, time: 15~20min) → drying → setting ※ This product is ultra-high concentration product, it is recommended to dilute 1:5-1:8, and the dosage should be adjusted according to the dilution ratio.
