Product introduction	This product is nitrogen-containing organic phosphates，React with hydroxyl groups in the molecular structure of fibers to form durable flame-retardant fabrics，Durable flame retardant finishing suitable for cellulose fabrics such as pure cotton,viscose,linen，modal and lyocell。
Scope of application	C100%,viscose,flax modal lyocell and cellulosic fibers
Application	l Flame retardant performance: Excellent flame retardant effects,not affecting the original style of the fabric, and good hand feel； Crosslinking performance：Used together with resin finishing agents to achieve excellent flame retardant and wrinkle-free effects on cellulose fabrics； Hand feel performance：Finished fabric feels soft，and not affecting fabric strength。
Application Process	Padding Process RS-802：300-500g/L Melamine crosslinking agent 60-100 g/L Strong protective agent (non ionic polyethylene wax) 10-30 g/L Non ionic wetting agent 1-2 g/L Phosphoric acid (85%) sodium dihydrogen phosphate 18-20g/L
Application methods	Dissolved material：Dilute the flame retardant with cold water and add it to the material tank，stir well。Mixed crosslinking agent, strong protective agent, and penetrating agent，Finally, mixed catalyst phosphoric acid，with water to the specified volume。Catalyst phosphoric acid/sodium dihydrogen phosphate added last before finishing。Finishing liquor needs to be mixed and stirred evenly。 Cotton fabric one immersion and one padding(dyeing yield75-90%)→drying(100℃×2min)→baking(160℃×3min )→alkali cleaning（soda ash15g/L ，50-60℃）→hot water washing→hot water washing→drying Flame-resistant fabric should be neutralized and washed with water as soon as possible after baking，Otherwise, the residual phosphoric acid will adversely affect the overall performance of the fabric。After neutralization water washing，The pH value of the fabric surface should maintain weak alkalinity（pH 7-7.5）。
