Scope of application | Reactive dyes,raised from 1.5-2.0 to 4 grades. Vulcanized dyes,raised from 1-1.5 to 3.5 grades. Indigo dye, raised from 1-1.5 grades to 3 grades. Has soft fabric,raised from 1-2 to more than 3 grades. | |||||||

Application technology | Continuous process RS-608 30-50g/l Color cloth after dyeing (pH≤7) → one dip and one rolling (rolling residual rate: 70~ 80%) → drying (100-120℃) ※ The best working liquid pH value 5.0-7.5, whether it is clear or cloudy, does not affect the use effect; High alkali treatment, after the mercerized cloth, please carry out acid neutralization treatment, and regularly pay attention to the pH change of the liquid tank.
