Product introduction	This product is suitable for improving the wet rubbing fastness of various fabrics, including dyed fabrics, printed fabrics, denim fabrics；suitable for improving the wet rubbing fastness of fabrics dyed with reactive dyes, direct dyes, vulcanized dyes, acid dyes and indigo dyes. Compared with similar products, not only the working fluid is more stable, but also the wet friction fastness can be continuously improved for fabrics that have been handled and are difficult to improve wet friction fastness.
Scope of application	Reactive dyes，raised from 1.5-2.0 to 4 grades. Vulcanized dyes，raised from 1-1.5 to 3.5 grades. Indigo dye, raised from 1-1.5 grades to 3 grades. Has soft fabric,raised from 1-2 to more than 3 grades.
Application characteristics	Stability characteristics: working fluid stability,shade stability, light fastness stability, color fastness stability. Wash resistance: Reactive products, excellent wash resistance. Feel style: Feel soft, fabric crisp, bony.
Application technology	Continuous process RS-608 30-50g/l Color cloth after dyeing (pH≤7) → one dip and one rolling (rolling residual rate: 70~ 80%) → drying (100-120℃) ※ The best working liquid pH value 5.0-7.5, whether it is clear or cloudy, does not affect the use effect; High alkali treatment, after the mercerized cloth, please carry out acid neutralization treatment, and regularly pay attention to the pH change of the liquid tank. Batch process RS-608 3~ 5% (o.w.f); Bath ratio: 1:10 ~20 Color cloth after dyeing (pH≤7) → dipping (temperature: 25℃, time: 20~30min) → drying (100-120℃)
